Each year HomeTown Health member hospitals vote to nominate the partner that provides them with a “best practice” solution and a high level of customer service and support that positively influences the delivery of rural health care in Georgia and the hospital communities that they serve.
“HCCS has gone above and beyond in the last 5 years to help equip our hospitals for the ICD-10 transition, stood with us through the postponement of ICD-10, and ensure that our hospitals have the support and education they need to be successfully coding and receiving vital audits related to coding at their facility post-transition. HCCS consistently says yes when called upon to share and serve our hospitals whenever they are asked, and on behalf of our hospitals, we thank them for their dedication,” said HomeTown’s COO Kristy Thomson.
“We are thrilled and thankful to HomeTown Health for selecting HCCS for this prestigious award,” said HCCS President Bill Cronin. “And this makes me so proud of our dedicated and uncompromising team.”
“HCCS exemplifies the excellence we strive for in all of our endeavors,” said The Innovation Institute President and CEO Joe Randolph. “Excellence is one of our core values. Congratulations to the HCCS team!”
