A Sioux Falls-based startup company has announced a partnership that will significantly affect its growth as a platform, owners say.

Helen’s Plan is an online tool named after owner Walter Portz’s mother that helps people streamline, prioritize and put their end of life affairs in order. Users can organize their personal data such as insurance, contact information and important documents. It also creates a prioritized checklist for family members to work through after the user dies.

The organization announced in a news release Wednesday night that it’s partnered with Koazie, an online market platform for patients and families to find post-acute care providers based on their needs.
