Innovation Institute Chief Investment Officer To Speak at Connected Health Summit in San Diego
La Palma, Calif. – The Innovation Institute’s Chief Investment Officer Barry Didato will serve as a keynote speaker at Parks Associates’ 4th-annual Connected Health Summit: Engaging the Consumer, August 29-31 in San Diego, CA. He will lead the Pitch Session: VC Perspectives on Connected Health Startups Live Pitch and Discussion.
The executive conference features health technologies as part of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the transformational impact of these connected solutions on the U.S. healthcare system. The key focus of all sessions is around business strategy, patient experience innovations, and business models for connected health and wellness products and services.
The Pitch Session takes the format of popular TV show Shark Tank and invites a select group of startups to present their visions and strategies to the audience and a panel of venture capital veterans for feedback. Then the venture capital panelists share their perspectives on the 2017 digital health investment themes and their advice to entrepreneurs. Harry Wang, Senior Director, Health & Mobile Product Research at Park Associates will moderate.
