The Innovation Institute: A Unique Business Model For Healthcare Innovation

Innovation in general has been an attractive field of research for me over the last several years. But healthcare innovation, specifically, has been of particular interest because of the changes and challenges this industry is experiencing. So, when I recently had the opportunity to stop in and examine the work of The Innovation Institute, a growing organization dedicated exclusively to healthcare innovation, I jumped at the chance. What I found is a new model for innovation that could serve as a guide, not only in healthcare, but in other industries as well.
